ProFootballTalk.com's Top 25 In 25
No. 16 Anthony Muņoz. Before folks fully appreciated the importance of left tackles to the game of pro football, Anthony Muņoz was showing the football world how a truly great left tackle should get the job done. Though he came into the NFL two years before the 25-year window through which we're presently peering opened, his greatness extended into the 1990s, featuring 11 straight Pro Bowl appearances from 1982 through 1992. Of course, Muņoz wasn't a classic left tackle for all of his career, since the presence of southpaw Boomer Esiason meant that Muņoz wasn't protecting Esiason's blind side. Still, Muņoz was a force for his entire NFL career, and he is the best offensive lineman that the game has seen in the part quarter century. Click here for No. 15.
