Being an All Pro Dad is the ultimate achievement in the eyes of Steelers guard Rich Tylski.  The father of three boys, Joshua, Jordan and Jacob, Rich realizes that fatherhood is one of life’s biggest blessings, and that family always comes first.

Rich grew up in San Diego, California, where he benefited from a strong relationship with his own father, also named Rich, who worked hard to provide his family with everything they needed, yet still made time to nurture a strong bond with his children.

Rich and his loving wife, Jane, realize it was never intended for children to be raised by one parent.  In fact, there is no more important sense of the word “teamwork” than when it applies to parents working together to provide a positive environment in which they can raise their children.  Despite having a busy schedule that goes hand-in-hand with being a pro football player, Rich leads by example, and makes sure he is always available when his children need him most.   

With so many American households being led by single mothers, Rich is dedicated to stressing the importance of “accountability” to all fathers, and that there is no substitute for a young boy learning about manhood from a positive male role model.

Ask Rich what is the most important legacy a man can leave behind and he will tell you it is his children.  It is that kind of positive and loving attitude that makes Rich an All Pro Dad.
